New and very clean. This place is huge and if you have kids the pool is big and there is a game room. I saw there were rooms with bunk beds for kids, and those are grouped together which keeps all the kids noise in one area. I did think breakfast was a littke sparse but adequate.

The room is clean, staff is very nice, I requested a room which is close to the pool. The indoor pool is one of best hotel pools I have ever stayed. The pool is about 11 meter long and the pool water heated to about 84F which is perfect for hotel guests. Breakfast is good and parking is easy. The location is good, only 6 min drive to Stearns Park
