It consists of a living room of 25 m2 comprising kitchen-dining room-lounge, a bedroom of 11 m2 with its large closet, a toilet, and a bathroom with its shower Italian. Sleeps: in the bedroom a bed 160x200 quality bedding, in the living room a convertible "Rapido" type with real quality mattress in 140x200. Facilities: fully equipped kitchen: fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, ... In the lounge: LCD TV, internet. Washing machine, iron and ironing board. Outside: garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, plancha. Parking nearby, tarmac access to the property. 2 gites in the same mas but they each have their own terrace and garden. The owners do not live in the farmhouse. For your comfort, we offer the option "beds and linen" including beds made on arrival, bathroom linen (2 towels / pers) and linen for 30 € / summer and 35 € / winter. This is a beautiful gite in a lovely area surrounded by fields and lovely views of the mountains and the hilltop village of Lurs. The owners are very friendly and the gite is brand new and very well-designed, clean and comfortable. Everything being on one floor with three external doors from the loung/kitchen gave a light and airy feel - you could watch the sun rise and sun set! In time, with the planned landscaping of the garden/driveway it will be almost perfect. We had chosen a gite with airconditioning on the HomeAway site but at the moment this hasn't got airconditioning so do double check with the owners if this is a priority for you, it was our only negative. The larger apartment that is attached does appear to have airconditioning. It is a very well positioned gite with good access roads to many places of interest beyond the traditional Provencial towns of western Provence.
