“Very nice accommodation in a perfect location”

“This cozy apartment is really well located; it's close to the tube station and in a 20 minutes ride you get to London. AJ and her family are really nice and they are availeable in every moment and ready to help. Pinner is really nice to stay for a weekend. Next time I go to London, i'd definetely stay here.”

“The property was clean although a bit tired. Quite a few fittings hanging off. Note there are 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, not 3 bathrooms as advertised. Bedrooms functional but very cramped. The owner required a £300 deposit via bank transfer in order to release the keys on the day of check-in, and then didn't refund or communicate for a week after the the rental, despite me making numerous calls and messages. Refund came eventually, but communication was non existent.”

“Die Unterkunft war ideal für einen Kurzurlaub in London. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unser Hund war auch willkommen. Die Bahnstation war ebenfalls in Fußnähe und eine Fahrt in die Stadt hinein dauerte ca. 25 Minuten. Ein Park zum spazieren gehen gab es ebenfalls in 5 Minuten fußnähe, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war ebenfalls ausreichend und alles vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“Tengo que decir que las características de la casa son acordes al anuncio. Creo que, para 9 personas, haría falta un baño completo más. La distancia hasta el metro son 15 minutos. Si se pretende visitar el centro, la línea de metro es directa, pero la vuelta por la noche se nos hacía un poco larga. El jardín está bastante descuidado. La limpieza fue bastante deficiente (El suelo de la cocina estaba bastante sucio así como alguna de las habitaciones; el lavavajillas, sin sacar)”

“The property is in need of decoration, and maybe a new front door ? For the price, we expected a lot better. Don’t like the idea of a security camera pointing right at you in the back garden (and I don’t believe it has anything to do with security) Paying a fee for a deep clean ? The table in kitchen was tacky to the touch, with stains. Parts of cooker was greasy. Also importantly; the pics are NOT a true depiction of the size of the property. It’s actually smaller then appears. When I addressed...

“It is a good place for a short stay. It seems some rooms are tiny. I got a small room which is only enough to put a double bed. My advice is to confirm the room size before you book. ”

“Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

“Units are neat and fairly new, but I was unaware I was going to share it with others. Bed, and linen can surely be replaced. Edgware is a dump. Never again, sorry.”

“Hot tub was out of service, with no warning. Kitchen sink was leaking, causing the floor to be constantly wet. Dirty kitchen with minimal cooking utensils. Broken shower. ”
