“Only stayed for one night for a last minute weekend away, didn't need or expect much, usually stay in branded hotels but they get boring so went for something different. This studio was lovely. Huge bed, Amazing shower! Didn't need to use it but there's a full kitchen, fridge freezer, oven, everything you'd need. “Smooth check in with great communication from the owner. Parking permit is provided on arrival. Apartment is adequately equipped for 2 to 4 people. A huge wetherspoons is round the corner as is a chip shop. Bus routes are also near by to get you to St Annes and Lytham. We'd definitely stay again and recommend our top floor apartment. ”

“Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone.
