“Family of 4 with very young children. Very clean hotel room. Stayed for one night only. Dave and Adam were very considerate to us. Dave allowed us to have early check-in before 12 noon as we arrived early and Adam gave us more time to prepare to check out and Adam allowed us to leave our luggage in the reception for free as our train will be in the afternoon. No breakfast but no problem with that as the location is the best for everything. Tram and bus stops very near with the hotel going to all……

“Apartment was lovely, first night was not good as the toilet was banging all night so didn’t sleep much which was hard for me as I came away for a quiet weekend as just gone through cancer treatment, everything in the apartment was very clean, ”

“A great stay (as usual) - hotel is modern and very clean. Staff are great, very friendly and helpful. Car park is a little small, but space is at a premium at the rear of the hotel due to the proximity of the pleasure beach. Thankfully the roller coasters stop around 5pm, so no noise in the evening. Bit of a walk to the nearest tram stop is the only fault I can think of. Would definitely recommend.”

“Nice hotel and room was lovely . Great location and a wee shop round the corner open till midnight. Quiet and you get pin codes for front door and your hotel room for security. Can also use the microwave downstairs in the lounge/kitchen area . Staff were lovely and we're there if you needed anything. Would stay again most definitely 😁”

“The only good thing about this property was the location and being able to leave asap. Avoid at all costs. The best thing ever to happen was for the hotel to be double booked, so we had to find another place to stay urgently! I would not recommend to anyone at all. It needs inspecting by the local authorities as I'm definitely sure this would be closed down. We only made it to the lounge and I'm so glad we left!”

“I stayed at the hotel between the 11-13 of July. Very hot weekend. Price of the hotel included PARKING and air conditioning. When I arrived I found out there is only a fan with water in the room. I was told exactly where to park by the receptionist which never bothered to let me know I need to register the parking as if I should miraculously know. I received a penalty for the for the free parking because I did not register and was never told to do so. I’m now having to pay £170 because of the……

“The facilities for us was terrible had to share a toilet and shower room with 6 other residents which had not been cleaned there was used razors on the shower floor toilet paper scattered everywhere no towels and only 1 cup for tea or coffee I've got all this on my video on my phone disgusting”
