“Great little condo in a great location. The place was emaculate. It is very close to Saugatuck and jus a couple of blocks from downtown Douglas. Our contact person (Adam) went over and above to make sure we arrived safe and found the unit as we expected. He even provided a shower chair that made access to the shower easier. “Our first trip to Saugatuck was wonderful! Our host, Ciro, was extremely responsive and accommodating leading up to our arrival and throughout our stay. Check-in and parking were a breeze. The condo was immaculate and exactly as shown in the photos. We spent most of our time on the rooftop patio, enjoying the beautiful weather we had. The beds were super comfy, and we all slept great! The location of this place is perfect—steps away from shops, restaurants, and the water. We had a great stay...

“The condo was conveniently located to Saugatuck and our wedding venue at the Cottage on The Ravines Golf course. Condo was quietly secluded on its own lot and had all the amenities we needed. Space was clean and bright with tons of windows. Would totally rent this space again. Thank you Sandra.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Downtown Nest with only a few issues. The first was Vacasa's request for ID verification away from the VRBO web site. Be prepared to provide pictures of your ID at a site other than VRBO. Not bad, just not expected. When we arrived the check-in process was easy. We excitedly opened the door and stepped into the non-smoking property to the smell of weed...welcome to Michigan. The odor lingered the two nights of our stay. A couple other small cleaning issues that we made...

“This large house sits on the bluff of a gorgeous setting. We were here in May so we could see the lake perfectly. The house is a bit older and shows wear of a well-loved home that occurs from lots of use and some stress from elements of the weather. The deck is brand new and offers a great place to enjoy the lake views. The beach was huge and beautiful. Lots of stairs! We didn't need the upstairs of the home at all but saw there were plenty of beds for kids and other adults. Would go again just...
