We absolutely loved our stay! Our suite was incredibly spacious and offered plenty of room for our entire family to feel comfortable. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which truly makes a difference. This hotel is one of our favorites in Mackinaw City, and we happily return about twice a year.

Our stay at the inn was pleasant, beautiful bay view, and close to town.

Clean and great service

Internet was down, no breakfast

1$ Breakfast was good. Would have loved a hot chocolate and oatmeal by the hot water. #2 Absolutely needs a TOWEL BAR and more HOOKS!!! One little hook was on the door back and held one pair of pants. And one outside the bathroom in the entrance where one coat was on. So.... Not one place to hang your wet towel at all. Or no place to hang your small towel by the sink.... So I used a1000 towels. 3# They had three liquid dispensors in the tub and two by the sink. How nice! But Not one of them had a drop of shampoo, creme rinse, or body wash on them. Bottles were empty. Loved the lemon soap bars. 4# Shower head was damaged. 5# Housekeeping did not have supplies on hand. A toothbrush. 6# need a map in the rooms to the breakfast and tell us the hours.oo.
