Great place to stay!

Front desk was very accommodating. I had a wedding to be at early, and they allowed the very early check in. No problems whatsoever experienced.

Friendly staff clean premises close to our destination breakfast was ok could of been better.

These are decent properties for a budget stay on Mackinac Island, but they are definitely in need of maintenance. From the front they look fine, but go out on the back deck/balcony and you start to see how properly maintaining and island property is rather difficult. As far as staff goes, if you can reach them on the phone, they're helpful. Otherwise we only interacted with the luggage porters and for a decent tip they delivered our luggage to our condo. The shuttle schedule was a bit odd given that we had to checkout by 10am, but there were only 9am and 11am shuttles. As far as amenities go, the loft condo with sleeper sofa was sufficient for our needs.
