“Really enjoyed this property and location. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Bicycle rental on property was convenient too. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The breakfast at 1852 Grill Room was amazing and what a view! I will definitely look to stay here again! The ferry drop of our luggage directly to the hotel was an extra perk. ”

“Great location, you can park there before your check in time and front desk lady will call for the ferry shuttle to pick u up and drop y off later , the breakfast was great!! And the lake beach area was amazing to watch the sunrise They also have coffee hot water, and lemon orange cold water dispenser”

“This little motel was THE PERFECT stay while I was in St. Ignace for 4 days. I love the vintage-feel of the motel and the newly-updated rooms! Bed was super comfortable and so was the recliner in the room. Room was super clean and had everything I needed. When I come back to St. Ignace, I will always stay at The Cedars!!!!!!! I recommend this super nice motel to everyone!!! 🌟🌟🌟”

“The cleaning and dining staff was very friendly and helpful. Some of the check in/front desk staff was extremely helpful and others were completely clueless. Luck of the draw. Overall the staff kept the place clean however the hotel itself has seen better days. The lobby intermittently smelled as if they had a sewage backup and our room has a very musty/moldy smell to it.”
