“****I ONLY GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE NONE WASNT AN OPTION**** We checked in Friday about 8pm for memorial day weekend with 2 kids excited for the pool and splash pad, only to learn it wasn't functioning. Room wasn't cleaned or stocked Saturday while we were gone all day and I had to go to the front desk for towels for showers. Room wasn't cleaned sunday...had to request after 3pm towels and stuff were at least restocked and all the sand be swept off the floors. I was told by the front desk they only……

“I will start off by saying check in was terrible. We had booked a deluxe room with the extra room added onto it with a balcony, when we got there they gave us a key to a standard room with lights that didn’t even work. We went back to the front desk and told one of the employees that there was a mistake. He said that the room we were talking about was booked (even though that’s the room we had paid for and there was no one else at the hotel…) and he would upgrade us for free even though we had……

“The room we stayed in was clean, just basic. We stayed at the budget inn and they make it very clear through the booking and on the lobby door of the budget inn that you checkin/out at the Thunderbird Inn next door. The rooms were basic and felt equal to the affordable price we paid. The pools were not open but it was a cold memorial day weekend trip. I got to bring my dog for only $25 for the whole 4 nights. It was a great stay, it was quiet. I wish there was more lighting outside for when I……
