Trash all over the parking lot in the rear of the motel where our room was. Room was small and filthy. Fake wood planks were mismatched and missing from the floor. The floor had debris like it had never been properly cleaned. Bathroom floor was dirty and looked like pet throw up under sink. Something stuck to outside of toilet. Outlets in between the beds did not work. Staff were very friendly. Easy access to hotel. Parking was good. Was not loud at all so easy to sleep. Had hot water in bathroom sink but only lukewarm water in shower. Was good location to where we were going. Much nicer than some places but cleaning floors and bathrooms are needing to improve. I chose this hotel (we usually stay somewhere else) based on their breakfast reviews and all they had that day was waffles, yogurt, bread and muffins. I had been looking forward to sausage and eggs and whatever else they usually serve. The property is quite close to I-75, so there is some noise, but I usually sleep well there. We were just staying here to sleep and finish our drive to Florida for our family vacation. It was clean and we asked for a room away from highway. It was perfectly fine for what we needed it for.
