BLESS Hotel Madrid - The Leading Hotels of the World
Very clean, lovely rooms. Bar area is lovely. Only issue is they don’t have enough staff in the lobby bar area, drinks orders take a very long time and often things were forgotten. Staff were not attentive enough in the lobby area. We often had to ask twice for our drinks.
