What a beautiful property. Our room was large and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. Free parking, about a 30 minute walk to the heart of downtown Fredericton. Very quiet. The only very slight issue was a very firm mattress. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely return.

We booked a night stay as it was walking distance to the harvest music festival, so even though it was expensive it was worth it for us to be so close to the festival. However, the room itself was not worth half of what we paid. The ceilings were unbelievably low, the room was dark and dingy and we had no air conditioning. I paid for a water view, instead our view was dirty roof and the side of the building. When I asked about the air conditioning and the view, we were basically told too bad as the hotel was sold out. The entrance to the hotel is beautiful and grand but everything else is old and falling apart. If you’re planning on going to harvest next year, and staying up there I suggest the Hilton across the street. Our friends who stayed said it was 10/10!
