"The location is perfect for walking along the SW Coastal path anywhere from Kingswear to Torquay. The chalet is clean and located close to the car park for unloading. Although the chalet was clean and well situated we found the decor' and furniture to be quite dated and worn compared to other chalets we have used on the same site. It was ok for a short weekend stay but we would book a different chalet for anything longer."

"A great little find in Brixham, I contacted Pip before my arrival asking for a early check in and he was very obliging and when I did arrive early I was treated to an upgrade. A great location only 10 mins walk from the town centre. Fantastic breakfast and a great host. I will be sure to come here again if i am ever in Brixham or near by. "The area for my dog was safe and secure. Autumn Rose cottage is absolutely beautiful, if you need to relax you really couldn't ask for more. There is a vast amount of books to suit all tastes, and many games to suit younger children. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom is stunning with a rolled top bath and rainfall shower, however, if you have hip or back problems the bath is extremely difficult to get in and out of due to its depth. Autumn Rose is clean and comfortable and warm as you are able to control the central heating with the thermostat. Wendy has put a lot of thought into making her guests feel welcome and comfortable. "Amazing location overlooking the harbour at Brixham. The breakfast was excellent and our dog was also treated to a breakfast sausage. Loved the cafe on the otherside of the harbour. Excellent coffee and cakes."

"Lovely house. Lots of essentials you may need in the kitchen, lounge area. Washing machine, large fridge/freezer, cooker and hob very large TV, ample seating, all crockery, cutlery and utensils. Even games and toys for rainy days, along with a few essentials in the cupboards. The beautiful view from all principle rooms is to die for! Beds and beddings all very good. Bathrooms (lower floor and 1st floor with additional toilet on the 2nd flood) were clean and functional, the showers are amazing. Patio with table to soak up the view, chat with the neighbours and see the seals. With all the social space on the lower floor with access to ourside it was perfect for the family. The twin rooms (1 x ground floor, 1 x 1st floor) are a good size, one with a tv. The double rooms (1 x ground floor, 1 x 1st floor with stairs through to 1 x second floor) all have 'The View' and two had tvs, one with a play station. It is just a very short and pleasant walk into town, but it is quite a steep hill back up! We found parking for 3 cars along the roads around without any issue.The host was easily contactable and very helpful.We loved out week away. "

"Chris and Claire were wonderful. Their place has a beautiful view overlooking Brixham harbor. They remodeled the house to a very good standard. It is clean with comfortable beds and good linens. And the full English breakfast was outstanding! "
