"The staffers both in Pavillon and Sofitel were amazing. They gave us phenomenal service. The great breakfast service with the two Mustafas, and the Breakfast Head were always there to help, and what a lovely team. The GARDEN was so outstandingly beautiful. Rashidy was par exellence in Sofitel. The pool was great and not to forget, we also had a great room. The reception women were so welcoming. And the security guards were always there to help. If I forget anyone, so sorry. Our family loves this hotel."

"The staff here is very friendly and the older gentleman who runs the front desk is very cool. He was running around like crazy and even running the kitchen serving breakfast in the mornings. Seemed like he was going 24/7 and deserves more help. The bar as listed was not in operation though and the pool was green and didn’t look very appealing for a dip. The room was nice however and bed was comfortable (especially compared to the place I stayed before in Cairo). The rate is very reasonable and you could do a lot worse. I would recommend to budget travelers looking to visit valley of the kings, Luxor temple, karnack, etc "
