"Staff was friendly and quick with check in and check out, breakfast was a little lacking (limited choices) but the coffee was good, room was clean though the bathroom could have been more thoroughly clean. Overall, a fine place to stay for an inexpensive stopover which is what I was doing. The room had a cushioned windowsill which was actually incredibly cool as I could watch the traffic go by while sipping coffee before starting my next leg. The area around the hotel did seem to be a bit trashed and it looked like there may have been a pool party earlier in the day as the trash cans outside were overflowing. "

"This is a great motel. We have stayed here several times and will continue to make it our place of choice in Manchester, TN. The front desk is always very helpful and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the area is nice and quiet. It is very close to the highway but you never hear any noise. Breakfast was excellent (great coffee). "

"We wanted a nice place to stay for a short vacation. The location was wonderful (excellent directions), and there was a lot to see and explore in the area.The cabin was wonderful - clean, comfortable and great amenities. Our host was friendly and very helpful."

"It was decent, definitely not any fancy amenities—though there was an outdoor pool available that we didn’t end up using. we stayed because it was within 30 minutes of bonnaroo—but that ended up getting cancelled and they refused to refund us for the room. Essentially stranded, we finished our stay and found that the facilities were normal and served their purpose. the area of town it is in is definitely a tad sketchy but again, all of the essential stores like Walmart, quick eats and gas stations are nearby. i would honestly stay here again but not for anything other than a festival lol. "

"The cabin was small and cozy. Perfectly clean. Great view off the back porch. Off you want to go out for the day, it takes about 25-45 minutes to get anywhere with activities or restaurants, so you may need to plan accordingly. If you’re interested in a quiet get away, this is the place!! "

"The Haven was the perfect spot for our family reunion. There was plenty of sleeping space for all of us and having 4 and a half bathrooms was amazing!The floor plan is interesting, but it worked out great for us. The 2nd master suite is apparently part of an addition to the house. I think the “bunk room” used to be the garage and the 2nd master suite was the attic above it. It’s very nicely done with a sitting area outside the bedroom area with access to a full bathroom from both spaces. It was a perfect spot for grandparents to go to bed earlier and not hear any ruckus from the other end of the house. Access to the room requires going downstairs and then back up another set of stairs, but it’s also accessible by going out on the deck and using the sliding glass door to the bedroom - if you don’t feel like doing stairs. It was a bit confusing at first, but worked out really great. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The view from the deck is incredible and it’s where the whole family spent the majority of our time. Thank you Stacey for sharing your space with us and giving us the opportunity to create memories with our children and grandchildren. "

"We just need a few days away to relax, and this was just what we looking for. It was right on the water which was great for fishing and many different great waterfalls close for hiking. "

"It was peaceful and quiet which was everything I wished for my vacation. The cabin was marvelous and large. There are large televisions in the living room and both bedrooms. The appliances in the kitchen were fairly new and beautiful. I’ve been sitting in a rocking chair on the front porch watching a doe and her fawn in the front yard. Totally relaxed. I will certainly return to enjoy this wonderful property!!!"

"As advertised, great view good location for hikes or just sight seeing. Cooked outside every night, fire pit area looked great, but was too warm to use. Would definitely stay again "

"Our family of seven adults and three dogs stayed on the property and were amazed at how unique this place is. Situated in a secluded 50 acres there are a lot of very different things to do. At the top of the hill there is a small animal farm with goats mules And chickens. Something we definitely did not expect but my wife and family loved. Every night we went up and pet the animals. The kitchens were well stocked, and the air-conditioning was very cold in all three cabins. Located in the middle of the woods there is a Cold tub and sauna which I have to say I’ve never done that was very interesting. And refreshing! Overall, this is a very unique stay with plenty of space and things to do. We didn’t even get to explore 1/10 that this property has to offer."

"Awesome house, very spacious and bright. Loved the view from the fire pit. Not a fan of Jack and Jill bathrooms but we made it work ok. Would definitely rent this again."

Even though we stayed during a heat wave and didn't enjoy the lake as much as we had hoped to, we were able to stay occupied with the plunge pool and other supplied games and activities! Most other hosts may have a few supplies on hand, but not this one, they had everything and more on hand. We just needed to supply food. "
