Regarding communication with owners, it was non existent, check in was a mess, they send you a message telling you the villa is ready at a certain time, you get there and there is no one, we waited for 30 minutes (with fresh groceries in the car) and nobody was answering our texts until we call, we got handed our keys and that was it … no details about……

“An amazing hotel that deserves being part of the SLH collection. We stayed here for 3 nights and wish we stayed for longer!
Positives:
- The service is impeccable! Everyone is super friendly, attentive and competent. This is what makes this hotel special.

“We stayed here for three nights at the end of September. Property is very nice. Very good breakfast was included. Clean, right across a super market, dry cleaning. Beach is a walkable distance. A lot of good restaurants around. Very close to the port. We took a public bus and it was only €2.40 per person. And the bust stopped right by the hotel. Very convenient. It’s a family owned business. Owners are very nice and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel. ”

“Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended!
We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation. The space was modern, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped with everything we needed – pots, pans, cutlery, and more. It’s in a great location, within walking distance of the port and close to all amenities.
We originally booked for a shorter stay but ended up extending to five nights because we enjoyed it so much. The extension process was easy and completely hassle-free.
To be honest, we were surprised……

“I did a ton of research before booking this place, and I am SO GLAD I booked it. It was a beautiful property -- a little village in and of itself. We stayed in a beautiful unit that made us feel comfortable and pampered. The on-site pool was exquisite. The location was perfect: we walked to old town (Naxos) every day (7 minutes?) and shopped, ate at fantastic restaurants on the port, had incredible scenery (including walking to the castle, to Apollo's Temple at sunset, and beautiful shops). “The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. The private jet tub was incredible! The only downside was the internet was not stable and made working quite difficult. We had to purchase several internet packages during our stay so that we would be able to work at night. I know not everyone has to work on vacation so it was an isolated incident but just wanted to make it known we had some issues. Vicki did reset the router for us but in the end said it was due to island traffic.”
