This well-maintained property is situated in absolute solitude, in the middle of the woods. Picture yourself swimming in a private pool with only your closest ones around. The pool is not the only fun feature of the house. For the young and the young at heart, there is a swing in the garden, a dartboard, and a table tennis area. And of course, a barbecue, because what kind of vacation would it be otherwise? Four comfortable bedrooms provide accommodation for seven to a maximum of eight people in this spacious house. The downstairs layout is designed for socializing and includes an equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a living room. Although this is a private area, the surroundings of Villa Prisedi have much to offer, and the good thing is that everything is quite close to the villa. The seaside is less than one kilometer away; there is a possibility of renting a boat, visiting a diving center, going to an adrenaline park, or riding horses at a nearby ranch.
