"The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was very hot and humid outside, but the AC and ceiling fans kept up well. The host answered questions quickly. We had rain (and lots of it) every day but our last, but had a good time anyway; making use of the game room, large dining areas for other games, and the pond for fishing and kayaking between storms. The kitchen was well equipped and bedding and towels were very nice."

"It was a slice of paradise for myself, my parents, and my dogs. We were looking for a quiet place to escape fireworks and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The home itself is just the right balance of modern meets rustic. Open concept on the main floor allows everyone to interact. The upstairs area is a great space-the shower being the cherry on top. It’s great to be able to shower without jamming elbows and limbs into the walls. The deck was an excellent place to rest and listen to nature. The outdoor ceiling fans help keep insects away. The property was a great place to wander without any city noise or interruption. My dogs were able to explore freely without leashes or fences. The fire pit and dock are just a few steps from the huge open front porch. Will definitely return"

"The house was very nice. It is on the edge of a very small town and so is isolated. My wife and I went birding at Swan Lake for our anniversary and spent the night here. The host was super nice and communication was easy. We were very pleased with our stay. If your looking for an out- of- the- way escape, I would highly recommend this house. On a side note, we had dinner at River Bottoms Brewing Company in Carrollton. I highly recommend it as well. "

"I was in town a couple nights with my pup, this place worked out great for us. There was no soap/shampoo in the bathroom/shower....i had to run out and get some. Also, i had to pick up new batteries for the remote. No biggie, but figured i'd let you know. overall, it was nice and clean and quiet........i'd stay here again"

"My cousins and I stayed at this property for a family reunion in Macon. We were all super impressed with the house!! The beds are all queen beds and super comfortable. Everything in the house is brand new!! It is beautiful and it was super clean. The host went above and beyond with communication to make sure that we knew where everything was and how to use the pull out bed in the living room. The host has literally thought of everything and had so many extras for guest. They had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, extra tooth brushes and tooth paste, other toiletries, a great selection of coffees for the Keurig and even umbrella’s by the front door. There is not one negative thing to say about this place and we will definitely be staying here again next year if it’s available."
