The 195 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. The master bedroom is ensuite. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout the villa, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool (open all year round) with roman steps, a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 2.27km. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 2.43km. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 2.59km. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 1.21km. Seville airport. 71.8km. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed upon request. The property has a step-free interior.
