Clean spacious house with plenty of privacy for the family. every bdrm had bthrm, perfect. roads are terrible from all the rain but it didnt stop us from having fun. You are in the tropics, expect bugs! ants, sand fleas, mosquitoes and cockroaches. if these bug you, go north to a cold climate. Caretaker and host, the best people around. Johnny excursion, unbelizable fun! "

"We had a great stay at Ocean's Edge 1A. The condo actually looks better than the pictures. It is very clean, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. There was someone from the management company there almost every day raking the beach area and cleaning the pool. Communication with management company was easy and Ester (the host) was very helpful with providing weather updates and recommendations for places to eat, etc. The only downside to the property is that it is about 20 minutes from town and the roads are a little rough. However, we loved the quite atmosphere. "

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile from Dennis S., provided with refreshing drinks, and that wonderful island breeze. (concierge) went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. He helped arrange the flight over to the island, and a memorable Mayan tour, plus a relaxing day at The Secret Beach. Every detail was taken care of with genuine care and attention. I loved listening to the sound of the sea, enjoyed fresh tropical fruit, and exploring the city, meeting different people, and shopping in each unique boutique. It truly felt like my own slice of paradise. If you are looking for peace, beauty, and top-notch hospitality, this villa resort in Belize is the perfect getaway. I can't wait to come back."

"Casa Amarillo is perfect for up to 5 couples! The house was clean, the two kitchens make it very convenient and the pool was very clean as they stopped by almost every morning to clean it! Ester couldn’t have made our trip any smoother. She answered all questions, booked our flight from Belize City to Ambergris Caye and our shuttles to the house. Super host, great home and Belize is amazing!"

"Joan and her family were very pleasant hosts. They provided great info and recommendations to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Although there was an issue with the refrigerator, Joan did have some cute decorations and treated us for breakfast for our anniversary which is super sweet. Ice was provided for the duration of the stay in place of the refrigerator not working. They did their best to accommodate us and we are super appreciative. The outdoor was beautiful and secluded unfortunately this time of the year the mosquitos were unbearable and we could not enjoy hanging out by the pool and getting massages but the water like I planned. We purchased repellent as advised but that didn’t seem to work at all. This is outside of the hosts control but I wanted to make note of it in case someone decided to book this time of the year. I have already recommended this location to our friends during peak season! "
