Our villa is located 30 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Marrakech city center and 10 minutes from the largest golf courses, on the road to Fez in the heart of the countryside.

DESCRIPTION:
New villa designed by one of the most prestigious architect in Morocco, it is part of the complex of Apple Gardens very relaxing, completely closed secure 24 / 24H and not overlooked.
The land is 1,200 m2 enclosed and planted with olive trees, bougainvilleas, palm trees, lemon trees, orange trees, hibiscus ... It also offers a pétanque court and a private heated swimming pool with deckchairs.
You can enjoy the 150 m2 roof terrace with views of the Atlas mountains and on the ground floor a shaded terrace facing the pool where a dining room and a lounge ideal for your evenings with family or friends.
The villa is fully air conditioned and has 3 suites, each with a bathroom with sink, Italian shower and W. C; a very spacious dining room and European living room with TV and Wi Fi with wood-burning fireplace and a fully equipped modern kitchen
