I loved my stay at the riad. Staff was really nice and professional, the place is beautiful, nicely decorated and with a welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely recommend. It is slightly difficult to find, across the street from the mosque you will notice a narrow alley in between buildings. It looks a bit shady but it is safe, at the end of the alley turn right and you will see the riad entry.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung, das Frühstück war lecker, und das Personal ist super nett. Besonders möchte ich İbrahim hervorheben – ein ganz großes Dankeschön für seine Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft! Die Lage ist ideal: mittendrin und alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Der Eingang des Hotels wirkt etwas furchterregend, was den ersten Eindruck kurz trübt. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel für einen zentralen Aufenthalt.

We had a wonderful stay — the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the souks and the heart of the Medina, which made exploring incredibly easy. The free breakfast was a lovely bonus with plenty of variety. The only small downside was that the bath towels felt a bit worn out, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Riad très difficile à trouver, aucun chauffeur de taxi ne savait c’était où. L’air climatiser ne fonctionnait pas bien dans la chambre alors très insupportable en plein mois de juillet. Le déjeuner était très bon et le personnel sympathique

Beautiful riad, tucked away and quiet but with good access to Jemaa el-Fnaa and the souk. Staff were all friendly, helpful & kind. The rooftop is beautiful and is where breakfast, lunch & dinner are served - all delicious!

Lovely hideout or a hidden gem. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Rooms were cozy. 15 mins walk from Jamaa el fana through the shopping streets. Finding the way to the property was a bit tricky as the google map location was not accurate. Other than that great stay,

#### Amazing! 

I had such an amazing experience at this hotel! Very safe, clean, cozy and zen atmosphere. The staf was very helpfull and polite all the time, they were always ready to assist us with a sincere smile. I have worked in luxury hotel in my country and I can assure that this has a top quality service. A dream team too! A special thank to: Abdelfattah /sanaa/Fakhreddine/redouane/Houssam :)

#### Is it a hotel or a guesthouse!?

Wasnt so good. TBH myself and my partner were not so comfortable at the hotel. Offered to do a massage and as we missed it due to tiredness from flight, management chased us down to pay whole balance for it or cancelation, then added other taxes and airport transfer. When i paid transport was all of a sudden cancelled and manager had ran off. Breakfast was good. Room was okay, shower drain was closed so water went over the bathroom like a deep puddle and some into bedroom. Hotel claims it has a spa which is not even the case- you have to travel to another hotel and use theres and someone waits meaning you have to pay him tips for waiting. Hotel says has a pool but its actually a green basin which no one uses.

Der zunächst gute Eindruck wurde leider relativ schnell getrübt. Beim Empfangstee wurden uns zahlreiche Ausflugsziele vorgeschlagen, was ein Gefühl von einer Verkaufsveranstaltung mit sich bringt. Das Riad ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was sich speziell im Badezimmer bemerkbar macht. Einmal duschen und der Fußboden ist überflutet. Darüber kann man hinwegsehen, aber definitiv nicht über den schlechten Service! Wir wurden auf der Terrasse in 3 Tagen nicht ein einziges Mal gefragt, ob wir etwas trinken oder essen möchten. Sogar abends zu Tisch wurden wir nicht angesprochen. Man fühlt sich somit wenig wertgeschätzt! Die Mitarbeiter unterhalten sich untereinander lieber lautstark oder schauen aufs Handy. Auch als störend empfanden wir, dass um 5:30 Uhr begonnen wurde, den Riad Fußboden nass herauszuwischen. Durch das hellhörige Gebäude blieb nicht viel Schlaf. Wir waren hier insgesamt 3 Nächte. Die relativ zentrale Lage war ein Lichtblick, um Ausflugsziele und Restaurants mit ordentlichem Service zu erreichen.

The staff was extremely friendly, the good was delicious, the riad is clean and smells good. Just be aware of the surroundings. Do a little research of what to expect of the old medina before booking anything.
