Great staff and hotel

Hotel RIU PALACE . The best Tenerife.

The hotel was clean and well looked after the room was very spacious and very comfortable The staff was extremely helpful especially with providing information and helping us book taxis the all inclusive food was okay could have been better mainly the lunch and dinner but the breakfast was really good

The rooms were well designed and clean but we found the pillows really uncomfortable. Around the outside sun-bed area, the hotel staff decided to steam clean the beds for an hour which was noisy and annoying, I came on holiday to get away from the sound of a vacuum! The food selection was good but we found it luke warm, a microwave would be good so you could heat up the buffet food, lastly the orange juice was fake, I would of expected real orange juice in Spain also a coffee machine to offer a range of coffee would of been nice. The hotel has not much around it, but the local bus is reasonably priced and very reliable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our stay was amazing, from the staff, the food, the spa, and our villa. Great location, beach was close by and golf buggies ready if we were fleeing lazy to walk. Cannot wait to come back.
