Room was clean but beds were not comfortable and paint above the shower was peeling and stained.

Honestly some of the cleanest sheets I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. Functional, clean and local—this is the place to stay in Vernal.

The sheets were filthy, had not been changed. Gross!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. I did not receive the room I had originally rented, and the room I was given was dirty upon arrival. I also found bugs in the room, which made it feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff was dismissive and unwilling to provide a reasonable accommodation. What was even more upsetting was how I was treated regarding my disability. Rather than focusing on how they could accommodate my needs, staff questioned me about my disability in a way that felt inappropriate and unnecessary. I expected compassion and respect, not to have my disability scrutinized. A clean, safe room and respectful customer service should be the minimum standard. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on all counts. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you have a disability or expect basic cleanlinessk, professionalism, and to receive the room you originally booked.
