Cozy Studio home 10min from Murray and 20min from Ky Lake

1 bedroom 1 bath studio home built and decorated by us!
Only 10 minutes form Murray and 20 minutes from the lake. Great for a weekend stay or long term.
Enjoy the peaceful outdoors with a warm cup of coffee on our outdoor patio, watch the fireflies, or spend some downtime in our cozy but large studio style home with a nice reading nook and a large enough couch for 5 to relax. There's a king size bed in the bedroom, room for a guest or two to sleep on the couch and plenty of floor space to bring some blow up mattresses.
Our home is located in a nice neighborhood about 20 minutes from the lake and 10 from Murray, KY.
Our yard and home is very peaceful but it is not a cabin in the middle of nowhere, we do have neighbors. Our nearest neighbors are roughly 75 yards away but share a driveway.

Excellent Choice!
Our son stayed here while visiting his girlfriend who attends Murray State. Communication with Host was excellent prior to arrival and during his stay. Son and his girlfriend both said property was clean, cozy and comfortable and the location was great. Definitely recommend and will stay here again on future visits!

Comfortable Modern Space
Simple from the outside with outdoor seating and a firepit. The rear of the property backs up to wooded area and a small creek. Once inside the Open floorplan gives the feeling of a spacious interior. This house looks and smells clean. Tv's in both the living space and the bedroom. Plenty of counter space in the kitchen for meal prep and just spreading out. Although we were gone most of the day exploring and taking part in lake activities this is a lovely house to come back to and unwind. This was our second stay at this property and I predict we will be back next year. We did bring our dog, there is no fenced space, but she minds well. The neighboring houses also had dogs but we did not have any trouble with them venturing too close. Everyone is very respectful of the boundaries. Looking forward to our next stay!

Ideal location for a stay in Murray, KY
What a lovely gem of a place to stay for a trip to Racersland or the Land Between the Lakes. It’s very close to Murray and lots of restaurants and just up the road is Kenlake. Lots of room for sitting and relaxing and an enormous and well appointed bedroom. The kitchen is sizable and well stocked. There’s even a little sitting area outside the door. Best of all it is truly quiet and peaceful. Hosts are uber friendly and helpful. This place is a winner!

Family Reunion
Perfection! We are from the Murray area, however have retired and moved a few hours further south. This will be our “go to” place when coming back to KY. Everything is exactly as described and felt like home. Will be back in November for a full week and am so excited that we get to enjoy this home again. It truly was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting family and friends.

Hidden Gem in Murray
Nice house right outside of town, with everything you could need. Very clean, well kept, and has great decor. The owners were so nice, easy to contact, and accommodating! Can’t wait to to come back again soon!

Great rental in Murray! The home is located a quiet street with proximity to town and the university. Pictures and wrote up are accurate. Property feels larger in person. Whole heartedly recommend. If we are in the area again, would stay here.
