"5 stars all the way from pre-arrival to the departure. The extremely detailed email about the area, restaurants, and apartment was very helpful. Roberto met us and explained the whole apartment and was available anytime we had a question. The apartment was large, extremely clean, and has all the amenities you could need, from cooking to laundry. I’m so glad we stayed down the hill from Taormina away from the city life. It was quiet and felt like home. The beds and pillows were very comfortable....

"The staff was very sweet and helpful. Loved that we had a huge balcony that faced the sea. Breakfast was nice but very simple. Charged us to take coffee to our room which seemed unfair since it was "free breakfast". Beds were not so comfortable and they need more mirrors and plugs for a room that sleeps 4-6. Property a bit run down. "

"Location was close to town and the hotel provided a shuttle to Taormina town center. Private beach. Not easy to walk places. A ride was needed to go anywhere. Beautiful hotel. Dinner menu in the restaurant was limited and the only option near or at the hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Many choices. "

"Perfect location to explore the Taormina area. Tina was absolutely wonderful. She was there to help me with every question I had. Just a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, breakfast was perfect with a great variety, the atmosphere was charming and the beach club across the street was perfect. I enjoyed sipping my cocktails in the afternoon and having a beautiful sea view for dinner."

"This was perfect for the two of us. We loved that it was close enough to everything we wanted to do/see but out of the congestion/ crowds when we were ready to relax and chill by the ocean. The apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and well kept. The only downside was the large public parking lot between our balcony and the ocean however there was a nice patio with lounge chairs down by the water for us to enjoy. The staff were very kind and helpful. "

"I spent couple of days at this hotel and at the time was happy with the hotel and location was ideal for what we wanted to use it for. I booked through Expedia and on check out I said the hotel should be pad for already, the receptionist said no the money held s only for security and I need to pay. When I went to pay the receptionist tried to charge me 20 euros more then agreed but I didn't notice and put my chip and pin in and paid. He then apologised and gave me back 20 Euros in cash.
