There weren’t enough towels in the room on check in only 2 for a 4 person reservation. Also one of those was very threadbare. The elevator buttons on the first floor didn’t work unless pushed multiple times and the carpet was worn out and stained in multiple places. The hot tub jets didn’t work. The hotel just needs better upkeep overall. However the maids did well with cleaning the room and bathroom.
