"Right from the start of the booking, all the staff have gone out of their way to help and make our 16 day stay absolutely wonderful. "When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. "We were welcomed to a highly decorated anniversary villa with fresh flowers and arrangements on the floor and bed. We were immediately delighted with the presentation and a beautiful full meal ready to be eaten. Kadek picked us up from the airport and everything went smoothly and felt pampered for the entire stay. Went out with the driver twice for sightseeing and he did not miss a thing. "We loved our stay at Villa Lata Lama Joglo and highly recommend it! It really has to be seen to be appreciated, as the photos don't do it justice. The joglo has been refurbished and outfitted beautifully but is still very livable. Lots of different spaces to hang out, fantastic pool that gets plenty of sun, and very kind & helpful staff (hello to Ketut and Seger!). Some "good to know" tips: 1) the Joglo is quite hard to find so we strongly recommend arranging airport transport through the villa;...

"My family love this property. It’s a place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. The well curated garden with a good mix of low trees, bushes and flowers are to admire while swimming in the infinite pool. The house itself has fun features. I wish we used the billiard room more while playing Motown hits using the built in speakers. The best part are the attentive staff. They have a big heart so please be nice to all of them. Bring EU outlet adapters. Have fun!"

" The guy who ran it was very nice and it wasn’t too far from a couple stores and a couple restaurants. It was just at night. There were some locals who bothered me, but it was OK because I’m an American and I understand."

"We fully enjoy our stay. Etta and Kadek are fabulous cooks. Dharma drove us everywhere and made great suggestions. Budi our house manager was there if we needed anything The main issue we had were the wild dogs ….fighting most of the day and through some of the night. The coffee machine needs an update which we told the owners . It is a great place to relax. Also both ladies gave fantastic massages. "

"What can l say about our stay here. It a bit of a way to walk into the town. The path were different . Taxi a bit hard to find. But saying all of that was it worth it YES YES YES. Now about the Hotel well it was wonderful. It only small but perfect just on the beach, The room we had massive beautiful view. They serve breakfast which was great. Can do Food as well, well cooked. Now for the best stuff the Staff you could not asked for a more friendly group of People. Mega is wonderful hostess the staff could not do enough for us. Would we go Back in a heart beat. We paid for bigger hotel on this holiday. Out of the three this was the best. Thank you all for everything. Missing you all "
