"Clean, comfy and in a great location"

"The room apparently used to be the laundry room because there were iron burns on the carpet, there was still a dryer plug on the wall, the bathroom sink supports were 2x4's, the shower was stand up only but had a tub faucet and the shower head was about 4ft, the edges of everything in the bathroom were caulked so much it was coming off, the bathroom wall was glass blocks and are painted, i layed on the bed and realized when i looked over that someone scraped the paint off and u could look right...
