“I read a recent review not to be concerned in what was looking like you were turning up in an industrial estate, the setting is odd yes but works well. It was a lovely stay and the apartment was really spacious, clean and had exactly what we needed, we had a great stay. It was an ok walk into the town centre aswell so if you like walking its only a stones throw away and was perfect for us. Manchester is a city centre, expect there might be a small amount of noise at times from groups who are……

“Lovely quaint little apartment. No good for anyone with mobility issues as the stairs to the second bedroom are exceptionally steep and no door on the downstairs bedroom.”

“We were parallel to Piccadilly near everything. The location is superb. The "back-picadilly" location might be off putting if you don't know Manchester layout. The lad showing us the flat was lovely Ground floor flat was slightly noisy, but once again, that's fine if you know the area Room and facilities first class ”

“Good location and very comfortable room, breakfast is not buffet but not bad. Gym room is free to enter 24/7, very nice.”
