The hotel is quite dated but it’s clean and the staff are nice. However, there’s no internet in the rooms, only in the lobby and even there it doesn’t work very well. The food is plentiful but low quality, the same applies to drinks. Overall it’s okay but I’m surprised by the high overall rating which should be much lower.

Lhotel est vraiment un 3 etoiles pas plus comme l'indique certain commentaires. La nourriture cetait tres cantine mais bon cest un 3 etoiles. Les chambres minimum syndical lavabo bouchée...piscine froide et pleine de sable. Lhotel est jolie pour la partie batiment intérieure. Personnel tres sympatique et investit.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt, teilweise unsauber, das Essen war bisher das Schlechteste welches ich je hatte (zum Großteil nach nichts geschmeckt, Auswahl oft gleich, teilweise kalt, übergart, usw). Getränke auch nur teilweise vorhanden. Service war teilweise sehr nett, aber auch einige die sehr gernervt und unfreundlich waren. Der Großteil der Urlauber sind aktuell Polen, Tschechen und Franzosen. Fast gar keine Deutsche. Kein Haartrockner (kostet 5€ pro Tag, für Strandhandtücher, Safe und Kühlschrank muss man auch zahlen). Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen

Séjour hotel al jazzira
Ayant connu l'hôtel al jazzira avant le covid 19, nous voulions y retourner car a l'époque c'était un super hotel.... Aujourd'hui cela a beaucoup changé surtout au niveau de la restauration et de la propreté. Malgré cela nous avons passé un bon séjour. Merci à l'animation et a la reception qui rattrapent les mauvais points.

Très bon accueil, nourriture très bonne, chambre face à la mer, très calme, aucun bruit, rien à redire ! Seul point négatif : la wifi qui est très mauvaise et que l’on ne peut capter qu’à la réception (ni la piscine, ni la chambre).

Manque de personnel flagrant, attente au bar aux heures apéro et soirée d'un minimum de 15 à 20 minutes, files interminables au restaurant, et si on attend, il ne reste plus rien! Par contre, amabilité, disponibilité des serveurs du restaurant, des animateurs et de la réception exceptionnels. Vin inbuvable pour nous Français, bière moyenne, nourriture quelconque, excepté le couscous et les potages, viandes et poissons souvent trop cuits.
