“The property was absolutely perfect. House was even better than the pictures with so much space to spread out with a large family. It is apparent that the owners take great pride in making it nice. Everything was spotless! The surrounding grounds were also beautiful.”

I contacted the manager and he never responded. Washed everything myself including the mattress pad which had flakey debris on it, because we couldn’t just leave and lose our . Plus all our heavy luggage was painstakingly brought upstairs at this point. After a 5 night stay we still never heard from the Manager. This is not acceptable. ...
