Quiet, country setting surrounded by farmland. Easy access to highways for a 45-60 min drive to Greenville/Charlotte/Asheville airports and surrounding tourist attraction in those cities. Area attractions such as Chimney Rock State Park and Lake Lure are within 20min of home. Equestrian riding trails, hiking, golf courses, and many other attractions are close by. Home is exceptionally clean and free of clutter with an open floor plan and lots of natural light. Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Washer/Dryer. Bedrooms are spacious with large walk-in closets. 2 Queen beds, 1 double, and a sleeper sofa for a comfortable accommodation of 8 people. New patio area and large parking area that allows for trailer parking and turn around. This place is a great location for when you’re showing at TIEC - just an 8 minute drive! The house is super clean and there is plenty of parking space (we drive a big pick-up). When we arrived there were only 2 fire alarms in the entire unit and one of them had been dismantled. There were some other minor issues as well but all were taken care of immediately once we notified the hosts. This unit is a double wide mobile home and not a house and I think that that should be included in the description. Although it is an older unit, everything was very clean and neat. The property is lovely but is in a remote area surrounded by pasture land. Several times the neighbors cows escaped from the field next door and were happy to migrate onto our front lawn during our stay. A call to 911 and to animal control brought the farmer out to herd the cows back into their pasture. It was quite entertaining.
