They advertise that it sleeps 10 but you have to pay extra for guests 5-10 - or they won't unlock the upstairs (3rd floor) room (the rooms on the second floor have double/queen beds, upstairs has bunk beds and a double bed). I had 5 guests so I paid for one extra but had my daughter's friend not joined us, this would not have worked for my family of 4 as my teenaged son and daughter would not have shared a bed and I...
