"Place was really dirty—refrigerator was full of expired food and had goo at the bottom of it, bathrooms were dusty, showers and toilets weren’t clean, dust was on vents and furniture. Toilet wasn’t working at all in 1 bathroom. Window blinds were broken, cushions torn on some furniture. We tried to communicate with the owner and just got a message that he had called the cleaning company with no response, never heard anything else. "What I really LIKED about the property is the cleanliness and layout of the condo. Nice amenities and very close to New Bern. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because of the very loud fish/coral reef tank in the living area. It is so loud at night. It kept us from getting a decent night's sleep the whole time we were there."
