"Asked to ‘rate my stay’ which is impossible because they cancelled my booking hours before check in, when I was already en route to the hotel, citing a problem with a license. If the hotel doesn’t have a valid license or it’s expiring, please don’t sell rooms until it’s fixed - it’s impossibly disappointing for your customers and future reputation, not to mention incredibly inconvenient to be let down at noon on check-in day.

One suggestion would be something that holds the blinds from moving when they're drawn so they don't clank on the wall when the window is open. "The rooms are cozy small, one of the overbed lights didn't work so it made bedtime reading challenging. The bathtub was very tall and my husband is not handicapped, but due to his knee replacement did not feel comfortable climbing in and out of that bath.
We enjoyed our dinner at the attached restaurant - best Fish and chips in Iceland! "
