Upon entering the property, you are immediately surrounded by windows full of emerald and turquoise hues from the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Pops of turquoise furnishings complement the panorama perfection to take in the Gulf views.

Back in the foyer, a unique feature of this property is its dual entryways. To the right, you’re led into the beautifully designed studio space which hosts a bedroom and living space with coastal accents and plush linens. The quaint but ample accommodations provide the perfect, private retreat for your guests. Its kitchenette offers an opportunity to enjoy a cup of coffee – a moment to yourself before joining the rest of the guests. Its ensuite bathroom has a shower tub combination with a single vanity sink.

Just steps away from the beach is your Miramar Beach vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed Wi-Fi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve. Amenities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, water sports & more are available locally at additional costs.
