St. Ignatius Mission Tours

Our room was decorated beautifully. They had the A/C on for us. The bed was outrageously big, cozy, and comfortable! The views from our deck was peaceful and relaxing! The complimentary breakfast exceeded what we had imagined it to be. So, we highly recommend this tucked away, gem!

The customer service was terrible. I made a reservation for two nights but then called and cancelled the first night. When we got there the next day they said I never canceled the first night which I for sure did and they gave our room away and charged me $300! And they were rude about it.

We would not recommend this hotel and certainly won’t stay here again. The front desk is only staffed during certain hours so there is no one available to address questions or concerns if they come up which seems shortsighted and cheap for a facility of this size. The front desk person that helped us at check-in was less than friendly. The floors were so dirty in the breakfast area and in the elevators that they were literally sticky to walk on. The breakfast area was surrounded with multiple signs stating “No food can be removed from this area. All food must be eaten here.” Compared to every other hotel that offers complimentary breakfast the-slap-your-hand signs were not very well received. The toilet in our room kept running and only flushed correctly once in a while. We tried to make them aware of that at check-out but the front desk staff didn’t start until 8:00 am so there was no one to talk to about it. Overall, it looks like they spent millions of dollars to build a beautiful facility but then left it to a group of people who have no idea how to run it. All of the issues we witnessed point to poor leadership and poor training. It’s too bad.
