“Everything was great early check in and late check out and there were very accommodating for it thanks for the great stay”

“Hotel showing its age but it was clean. Big gaps under the door. Bed was hard. Curtains torn and worn. A.C. Worked great. Cost was very cheap so you get what you pay for. A for cleanliness though”

“It’s nothing elegant but fine for the price and a modest walk from Front Street and the riverfront. I appreciated the complimentary water bottles available at reception and that the guy at Reception was friendly. The room was utilitarian - I appreciated it had a small table for doing some work or having a meal. The bathroom was fine.”

“The location to core shopping and eating is good. Our room and down our hallway had a sewer smell off and in. At breakfast, the garbage cans were so full, we had to leave our plates, etc., on the table.”

“Our room was not cleaned once or had towels etc. refreshed in 3 nights, had an old/musty smell about it so we had to keep the windows open. Amenities are very poor and quite basic in the room. Probably the most meh place we've stayed at in awhile. The breakfast was not bad, waffles were a nice touch and the coffee was decent, it closed at 9am though which is kind of early for a weekend stay so we didn't love that.”

“I had a decent stay. The staff was nice enough, but very disorganized and (at times dismissive) while others were fantastic. They seemed to not know what was going on depending on who you came in contact with. This is a VERY sparse accommodation. Clean? Yes, but i have a feeling in a year or two it will reflect the level of quality they provide. There was no cup, coffee maker, or anything else useful to assist you in the kitchen…and a shampoo on the counter in the bathroom was the only……

“Since we stayed 8 days the breakfast was basically the same every morning. They only came in a couple times, did not put towels in, bed not fixed, no paper towels otherwise enjoyed the stay. Just felt there should have been a little more service for the price.”

“We like the big clean room. The manager, Isaac and the wonderful breakfast by the Koi Pond. Pet friendly for our adult dog.”
