The condo was exactly as described. It was equipped with smart tv coffee pot assorted kitchen and grocery items and hairdryer. The beds were very comfortable We all slept very well. Location was close to arches national park and grocery stores and assorted restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this unit

The house was a pleasure to stay in. It was spotless. The beds were very comfy. Troy was very responsive.. It was a great place to stay in.

This property was exceptionally well furnished, supplied, and maintained. It was exactly as shown on VRBO. The pool and hot tub were great. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this to others.

Troy was an amazing host! The property was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for our family. The pool and hot was within walking distance and was so relaxing after a long day on the sxs trails and mountain biking. Definitely would recommend and look forward to staying there again on our next trip!

Outstanding! Everything about this condo was set up for a great vacation. Tons of room to spread out (the master bath was perfect for setting everything out for a couple, ready to be used for the duration of your stay). All of the bath, kitchen and pool towels a large family or group could need, and more than enough paper supplies. The patio was great for relaxing in the evening, with a fabulous view of the mountains in the distance. And the host, Troy, was very accommodating with a couple of requests. A great value on top of everything else. Highly recommended!

Exactly what we expected from discription and pictures. The pool heater was broken so there was signs up pool closed for 5 days. Kitchen was well stocked but we had 4 tea drinkers in our group and no tea pot. We did use the microwave instead. Overall excellent place to stay.

Moab Rim Village

We had a great stay. The condo was nice and clean. It was a great place to come and relax after a long day of enjoying the outdoors.

National Park visit

The property was so quiet and clean! Beds were comfy and there were lots of extra blankets and pillows. Check in was easy and the location was really perfect.

Great location near Moab and national parks

This condo was spacious, clean and perfectly located to visit Arches and Canyonlands. The kitchen was well stocked to make some meals so we didn't have to eat out every meal. We enjoyed our stay.

Did no use the pool but saw it whenever we entered the complex. Had the impression the hot tub was at the condo but never saw it and did not go looking for. Owners were gracious, easy to contact when we needed to know about TV operations. The condo was clean and well furnished.

Great location, quiet and respectful neighborhood. Pool and hot tub are super great amenity. Very spacious and comfortable. Host was quick to get back to any questions and were open to suggestions to make it even better

The home was well taken of. It was spacious and comfortable, with a particularly well-stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was very quiet. A shout-out to the person who cleans the place-it was sparkling clean and neat.

Everything was as planned. It was a bit tricky to find as google maps was trying to take us down a different road, but called Troy and he directed us in perfectly.We would stay here again.

Best vacation

The property was so quiet and clean. Beds were very comfortable, great night sleep. Check in was very easy. Had a question so I messaged the owner, he was very quick to respond and answer my question. I would definitely stay here again!
