The hot tub is expected to open over President's Day weekend/Feb 13th. The pool is scheduled to open in late March/early April. Please see the pool and hot tub schedule and hours below. We don't tack on extra unnecessary booking fees. \- We are highly familiar with the Moab area and can provide recommendations on tours, hikes, adventures, food and more! \- We have been in business for over 20 years and have been a trusted host for 1000+ travelers to Moab. BEDS: King bed in master, queen bed in bedroom 2, two twin beds in bedroom 3 and sleeper sofa in living room. Skip the hotels and come relax in this quiet, comfortable unit with stunning views. Located just 5 miles south of Moab, this home has been furnished with your needs in mind. Family friendly unit with board games and an inventory of over 300 DVD's. Oversized driveway provides plenty of room for vehicles, trailers and ORV. There are 3 bedrooms, (king, queen, and 2 twin beds) plus a sofa sleeper. The two-car garage provides you with a safe place to store your golf clubs, mountain bikes, jeeps, or the hot-rod you're bringing for the Moab car show. This unit has recently updated furniture, mattresses and most appliances. In 2019, Rim Vistas Resort added a beautiful new pool and lounge area. The walled patio provides stunning views of the La Sal Mountains and the red-rock rims, as well as a gas barbecue grill and cafe table and chairs. There's a private balcony off the master suite. (patio furniture is not permissible on the upstairs balcony due to HOA guidelines) All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice! The townhome is equipped with Wireless internet, Netflix and all televisions have cable. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab. Pool & Hot Tub Schedule: In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control. Hot Tub Schedule: Hot Tub will close for the season: December 1, 2025 Hot Tub will re-open: Friday Feb. 14th, 2026 (the Friday of Presidents Day weekend) Open: Feb 14th – Mar 2026: 1pm-9pm Open: Mar 2026 - Oct 2026- 10am-9pm Open: Oct 2026 – Jan 2, 2027- 1pm-9pm \*Hot tub is usually closed Jan 2-Feb 14th Pool Schedule: Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday Oct. 26th Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open \*\*Pool is open weather permitting. We traveled with our family of four plus my mother in law and everyone was very comfortable and the bedroom/bathroom layout was great. We loved having the ping pong table! Plus access to the basketball courts was great. I’d give the management company 5 stars. They are extremely helpful, responsive and friendly. My only complaint is that the main living space feels quite dark. There is only one window at the front of the unit and the main floor feels a bit cave-like. The second floor has plenty of windows. It was beautiful and tastefully decorated and exactly what we hoped for and expected based on the ad. It was stocked with everything you could ever need and more. There were games and movies galore. All the amenities were great, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub multiple times. It was very clean and safe and had gorgeous surroundings. We hope to stay there again.
