"Very clean, safe, and well-managed. The staff is very friendly and helpful with information on areas of interest, and it's easy to find. I highly recommend this hotel."
"Everything was great. If seeing the Vatican is a priority, then this is the place to stay, the location quite literally couldn’t be better. The hospitality was fantastic and Ernesto gave us great recommendations for restaurants and directions whenever we needed it. I’ll be staying here from now on whenever I come to Rome. "
"This is my second time staying here and I absolutely love it. My mom actually enjoyed it they were very accommodating even though we were checked in after hours."

"The Spring House was amazing. Very clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were all great! The location was perfect, very close to many tourist areas. "
"A wonderful place to stay. Unfortunately I got sick and had to cut short my trip, but I enjoyed my stay and Simona was warm, welcoming and very accommodating. I recommend St. Peter’s Relax (and Simona) most highly. I will certainly return for any future visits."
"Perfect location if you are visiting the Vatican. Clean, quiet, great restaurants around! Gelato place next door is amazing. Walkable to Vatican museums and the Vatican. Cynthia was great! "
"Pietro at reception was helpful and kind . I arrived late on my check in and he waited for me . Walking distance to the Vatican and metro stations which I like the most . "

"We stayed here for 1 night as we had travelled from Florence for our return flight to the UK. The hotel was chosen based on the rating, reviews, and location. It did not disappoint! We were very pleased with the service at Reception when we checked in. Our rooms were very well equipped, clean and comfortable. We chose to have breakfast included and the choice of food was excellent. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, with the Trevi Fountain a 1 minute walk away, and with shops and eating places very close by.
We would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel and thoroughly recommend it. "
"
The exterior of the building is a bit misleading, but once you step inside, you're greeted with a modern and elegant interior. Our room was on the first floor, facing the street, which could get noisy at times—so I’d recommend bringing a good pair of earplugs. The room itself was spacious and included a Nespresso pod machine, which made for a delightful start to the morning.
"
"the room needs to be upgraded. there were old curtains that should removed. there were drafts in the window. but. otherwise it is clean and they replace the towels and beddings regularly
"
"Like many I wonder about negative reviews for this place: I can only suspect it’s a conspiracy to stop people discovering it and booking out the rooms!
The rooms are beautifully appointing and spotlessly clean. Great storage area with safe, hairdryer, spare duvet, fridge and a big bottle of chilled water.
The en-suite is stylish with a good sized shower with a rainfall head.
5 minutes wall from bus/taxi rank, 10 from St. Peter’s, 20 from Castle Sant Angelo and bridges.
Staff are polite and helpful and if not there easy to contact.
Oh, and value, amazing. "
