“Clean room and friendly staff. No Cooling AC during during our stay. Only Heater. We were told they only have AC cooling during summer season. ”

“Delightful guest house/apartment with clean, comfy rooms and access to a pool/gym facility around the corner. The hosts, Ernesto and Paula are genuinely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is simple but filling and comes with good conversation. The apartment looks over to the Vatican Museum entrance (watch the queue grow) and is an easy 10 mins walk from the Metro A line (Ottaviano). Loved our stay, thoroughly recommended.”

“酒店位置很好，就近梵蒂冈，旅游出行很方便，楼下就有很多餐厅和小吃店，开到很晚。酒店是公寓式酒店，需要和别人分享公共空间，不过房间有独立洗手间，房子有400年历史，要上楼梯，洗澡的水龙头水比较小，其他都很棒，东西也很新也干净。愉快的体验。”

“Great location, the staff is super friendly and helpful and there is a street full of nice restaurants just one street down. The only thing to look out for is if you are sensitive to noise but want to sleep with the window open is to book a room with the courtyard view. The street is very loud at night.”

“Room was clean, a bit small but expected with the bnbs in this area. Balcony was beautiful and spacious, you could see the Vatican and is about 20 feet away from it. 5 min walk from all the best restaurants and gelato/dessert shops! Staff was extremely helpful and waited for us outside to bring us in and were more than willing to provide information/had pamphlets in the shared space outside our door for exploring Rome. A bit noisy as it is an apartment complex but only during the day time.……

“This was a wonderful place to stay in Rome. You are less than 10 minutes away from the Vatican City. There are restaurants, gelato, shops, and a taxi stand all within minutes of your front door. Keeping the apartment cool was easy with the fan they left to help circulate the air conditioning. Would stay here again!”

“We had a very nice stay at Folia B & B for the most part. Our host Chiara was very nice and explained things about the apartment. She even gave us information about places to visit in Rome by explaining it on a map. The apartment had enough space for my family of four. There was only one issue in the restroom with flushing. Our host did try to repair it and and she messaged us to check how we were doing. She said she was going to have that repaired after our stay since we were there for a……
