"We had three adults and 5 kids ranging from 15-20 years old. This beautiful place was perfect for us! The property manager called me before we even got on the ferry to head over and was waiting for us when we arrived. He showed us around, gave recommendations of beaches and places to eat. He was super quick to respond to texts during our stay. The place was spacious, clean and the view of the ocean was the best part. We will stay again for sure!"

"Great villa, impeccably appointed and the pictures don’t show the incredible beauty! The hosts are attentive and responsive. The small details make it more special- spice selection, jugs of water to clean sand, thermapen for foodies, shopvac to help avoid rental car cleaning fees. Look no further. This is the vacation home you are looking for. "

"Villa Cadiz was a great experience! Beautiful view, and amazing sunsets! Spacious property, very clean, and well equipped kitchen. Plus pool, jacuzzi and grill. I was impressed by the landscape and the gorgeous mango tree (we ate some).The property is a 10-12 min drive from Cruz Bay. Totally worth the drive to enjoy calm and privacy (and the view).Robyn and Aaron are spectacular managers too. Easy check in, very responsive and excellent recommendations on what to do and where to eat.I would definitely go back!"

"This home is a magical spot on St. John! Nestled on the hillside overlooking one of the many picturesque bays surrounding the island it has everything you could wish for. Spacious rooms, beautiful decor and the most comfy furnishings created a lovely oasis to come back to after a day on the beach or exploring the island. The porch is amazing - from morning coffee to the incredible night sounds - it was our favorite spot! You’ll feel totally secluded on this quiet little street yet everything you might want to see or do is just a short ride away. The hosts were so easy to work with and the home was exactly as described, we’re planning on returning!"

"Rendezvous by the sea was nothing short of perfection. The calming of the waves, the beautiful clear blue water, the weather and location location location. Just 10 mins from Cruz bay this was the perfect spot to be out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy dinner and shopping. St. John will never disappoint and neither does this studio. "

Excellent location with an amazing view

"This property was just perfect! Location was so convenient to Cruz Bay, but also so easy to get to Coral Bay. View from the pool and the balcony were priceless. House was well stocked, clean, and exactly as advertised! Our family had the BEST time and hopes to return to St. John and this property again soon!"
