“The property is right on the beach
Beautiful water/sand
The beach itself had lots of sargassum which was not regularly removed
Did not have service on beach
Instead have to go and order at bar
Also no table service , which I found irksome
You order food at bar and bartender places order and then brings you a paper bag with your food .hmmm.
The condo itself was huge amazing
Had a washer/dryer which was really nice

“We were unaware of power outages during a two night stay. If we had known about it at time of booking we would’ve chosen another place. The shower head was leaking big time. Very difficult having water squirting all over the place while taking a shower. Was told by management power was going to be off from 9am-3pm and it didn’t come on till 3:25 and told it would be shut off again from 5-7pm again. “We stayed here with our family for our second trip. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I really appreciated that the marina adjacent allows for trips from your condo. We did snorkeling from St John and this was the highlight of our trip. Lydia was an excellent host and very understanding and answered all questions.
