“ The pictures do this place justice. While the units do look like the pictures, these pictures were clearly taken pre-hurricane. The property is pretty damaged from the hurricane and the first unit they gave us had mold in it. We finally got into a second room four hours later and the shower had hair in it, all over the walls and floor. They don’t offer cleaning services for free, we were told that if we wanted cleaning services, there would be a fee. For the amount of money we paid for the room……

“It was a perfect time. Amazing staff. Amazing room. We had such a good time. There was good. Air conditioning stuff was great. And parking was great.”

“This is a great place and a great value. If I could change only one little thing it would be to get the water in the shower a little more hot; it’s not cold but not quite hot—a little over lukewarm. I’m sure this could be a quick fix from a maintenance engineer. There is a little road noise, as well, which you can’t help being that close to the main road. Overall, it is a really great hotel that is easy to get to and close to everything (ferry, airport, restaurants/shops, and my work. I travel……

“The bathroom was filthy and some of the tiles in the main room were broken. We checked in and checked out about 15 minutes later. ”

“Pros: Perfect location to shops, restaurants and ferry. Good free breakfast, coffee, water, oatmeal, fruit, muffins and yogurt for breakfast. Nice breezy patios to sit and relax. The beach chairs offered were a great touch too. Cons: Went to lay down for bed and there was sand leftover from previous guests, yet they rushed over to change the sheets. The rooms are small, the shower is tiny but, its a comfy stay. ”

“What a beautiful place to stay on St. John, a great location with outstanding views. The restaurant was wonderful, we had two outstanding dinners and enjoyed after dinner drinks at the bar each evening. Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful! We are planning to return in 2027!”

“Booked last minute and ended up being a great stay! Middle of downtown-ish area, many shopping & restaurants in walking distance. Many amenities right at hotel with pool, hot tub, bar + restaurant. Solid stay. ”
