The service was on point and specially the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Our only deduction from the 5 stars service was that the elevator was not working.

Un hotel pequeño con una limpieza de habitaciones extraordinaria. La cama, almohadas y ropa de cama de buena calidad y muy cómodos. El área de toilette impecable, una ducha muy cómoda. La decoración industrial moderna limpia y agradable. El café de la habitación no es recomendable. El personal de la recepción poco atento y menos dispuesto a ayudar. Falta, en general, una buena ventilación en todas las áreas que elimine el olor de productos desinfectantes, insecticidas y otros. ESE es el único problema del lugar.

The place does not have good service. I arrived 6pm and the room wasnt ready. I had a meeting to attend at 7:30pm and only have one hour to freshenup. The staff didn’t care, nor offered compensation or anything. De real guest had the same problem

This is in no shape or form a 4 star hotel…. More like a 2 star hotel if anything. The location is prime but the hotel is very outdated. The room didn’t have a closet, it was the open cabinet in the bathroom with no hangers. The reception area was ghetto. The staff was friendly. For the price, i wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here

I liked the location, it was walking distance from everything that’s convincingly to someone traveling alone. My room had a bad Oder I let the front desk know to check it and when I came back the Oder was less but still there. I was uncomfortable because of the Oder but after a while I just felt with it since my stay was short.
