Something bad always happens to us; the air conditioning doesn't cool, the furniture is old, the elevators don't work properly, the toilet tank is broken, the televisions are small, they refuse to give you ice in the kitchen, only the reception staff are very good

Picture from hotel make it look better. The hotel is ok, clean and functional, but not as great as pictures. For the price is right. My only complaint is that breakfast is served until 7am, which is not as convenient if you traveled for business.

Breakfast was great! Our room not so great. Our first room was okay except bathroom. I didn't feel comfortable with an exposed ceiling hole. We requested to be moved to another room and was worse. Faucet leak onto the counter and shower floor leak on the floor. Hotel okay if you're in and out. FYI: Photos are a little deceiving. Over priced for the condition of the rooms.

A nice hotel. We only had two towels which was kind of strange. No hand towels. I suppose we could have asked for more. Restaurant was kind of strange. Only a couple people there. Staff did not seem to know if they had wine and did not seem familiar with their offerings in the restaurant. Overall, a nice place to stay as we traveled.

Well arrives to hotel easy to check in . Room was clean but, no towels of any kind in room. Had to wait 6 hours before they decided to take us towels. Went downstairs to talk to them no help at all. Other then that everything else was good 1 star or cleanness

The staff was great, but the hotel is old and outdated. While the rooms were clean, the sheets and pillows seemed extremely worn from overuse. They should be replaced, and the rooms need some upgrades.
