Beautiful Oceanfront Home in Casuarina Point

Beautiful Oceanfront Home in Casuarina Point

10/10 Excellent
"We loved the whole experience. The house is very comfortable and has fantastic location on the water. Nice, renovated interior, open layout, equipped with everything you may need. Frank, the owner, was amazing. Very kind, always prompt to respond and very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here if you are considering Abaco."

Frequently asked questions

What is the best area to stay in Mores Island?
The best area to stay in Mores Island is generally near the main settlement of Hard Bargain on the eastern side of the island.

Hard Bargain is the island's primary hub, offering a central location for exploring Mores Island. You'll find the majority of the island's limited services, including small local eateries and shops, concentrated here. The area provides convenient access to the eastern coastline and its calmer waters.

For travelers seeking a quiet and authentic Bahamian experience, Hard Bargain is an excellent fit. It allows visitors to engage with the local community and enjoy the natural beauty of the island away from more developed tourist areas.
When is the best time to go to Mores Island?
The best time to visit Mores Island is during the dry season, which runs from December to May, offering warm temperatures and minimal rainfall.

During these months, you'll experience consistently pleasant weather, ideal for enjoying the island's outdoor activities. The average daily temperature hovers around 75-80°F (24-27°C), with low humidity and clear skies, making it great for beach relaxation and water sports.

For travelers seeking a quiet escape, the shoulder months of May and early December can be particularly appealing. The weather remains excellent, but you'll find fewer crowds compared to the peak winter and spring break periods, allowing for a more serene experience.

If your priority is avoiding hurricane season, which typically runs from June to November, then planning your trip between December and May is essential.
