“We stayed over a long weekend. Absolutely loved the location and the cottage. It was wonderful to bring our dog with us on a vacation for the first time - he loved it, too! We heard owls and coyotes; saw blue herons, bunnies, and small birds; and enjoyed sitting on the patio in the shadow of the hemlock, cedar, maple, madrone, and Douglas-fir trees. (The view from the bathroom at sunset is incredible, too!) The cottage was thoughtfully appointed for guests and we appreciated the extra touches...

“The cottage was quite charming. It was the perfect distance between Oak Harbor and Coupeville for our needs. We would definitely stay again. It provided just enough space for the two of us and we enjoyed the solitude it provided when we returned from town. Our hosts were great. They were readily available when I had a few questions. ”

“This place was incredible! From the deck you could see Swan Lake, the Olympics, the Salish Sea, Canada, and the San Juan Islands. There were tons of Eagles and Herons all over the place. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I recommend it for ANYONE!”

“This was an awesome choice and a very calm and relaxing area. It is a large piece of property and our pet had room to go out and run around a bit in the morning. Very clean and cozy room and the only suggestion I have is that a few hangers are put on the hanging rack and something to light the lovely candle that was sitting there. Loved this place and plan on going back in the future. Great host and easy to communicate.”
