"My week vacation at Bay Cottage was wonderful and relaxing. Ed was a great host, giving me so much helpful information about the room, property and Port Townsend. I was welcomed with fresh cut flowers and a plate of fresh berries with homemade chocolate chip walnut cookies. Enjoyed the cottage’s nice private deck to sit on as well as the community patio overlooking the beach and water. Many, many thanks!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Tidy little place with an very comfortable bed. Good dog walking neighborhood. Train tracks nearby but barely noticed the rumble of the train on the tracks and when we did it was almost soothing. Friendly host made it even better."

"We came to Kirkland for an anniversary getaway and to catch a concert at Chateau Ste Michelle. We were blown away by how beautiful Norm and Marcy’s place was! The grounds are gorgeous, the place is super, super adorable and has everything you would need. We even did yoga on the front patio:) Norm and Marcy were such gracious and wonderful hosts and we loved our chats with them and hope our paths cross again!"

"We didn’t get to spend a lot of time at the cottage, mostly using it for sleeping at night, but it had a fantastic, relaxing vibe. The deck overlooking the bay provided a great view. It would have been nice to take advantage of the fire pit/hangout area in the back if we had more time. Definitely recommend."

I never got to meet Janet, but we communicated through the VRBO portal. She seems like she has a very sweet demeanor. "This place was adorable. The owner was responsive and communicative. Pool and hot tub were clean and ready for use. There was an awesome little beverage cart stocked with coffee and cups/glasses for other drinks. The place was spotless and all the little decor details were delightful. Proximity to Seattle (not too close, not to far) makes it ideal. Would certainly recommend."
